Invitation to help “protect, resist, and build just peace, just migration, and just economies” together
Pacific Yearly Meeting is united in love, despite these times of divisive attitudes and fear. We affirm the goodness in all people. We acknowledge and uphold the needs and rights of all people for acceptance, freedom, and safety. We oppose actions that deny these needs for any individual or group. We pledge our support for people who are harmed by the denial of these needs and rights.
As individual Friends and as Friends Meetings we look at the needs and resources in our local communities to discern where our resources can best be used and where broader Quaker resources and practices can be shared.
PacYM urges all Friends to find ways to care for themselves, their meeting, and their community, sustaining health, joy and resilience.
What does love require of thee?
We invite you to help “protect, resist, and build just peace, just migration, and just economies” together with other Quaker organizations who share our concerns and desire for peace and justice:
